Felabraion 2016 ends in style

The annual international music festival, Felabration 2016 edition came to an end on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the Afrikan Shrine, Ikeja Lagos with a show never to be forgotten.

The week long event showcased a variety of talents including musicians, and comedians from all corners of the globe who came to pay respect to the legend, and celebrate his defining sound, Afrobeat.

Joe El, Patoranking, Koker, Ras Kimono, Tunde and Wunmi Obe, Moblow, Ycee, Ichaba, Mayorkun and the son of the legendary singer and activist, Femi Kuti and the Positive Force Band were on stage to thrill and entertain fans and music lovers.

Over 100 established and budding stars performed at the week-long music festival put together to celebrate the life and times of the late Afrobeat maestro, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
It was a mix of thrills and glamour at both the New Afrika Shrine and Freedom Park, another venue of the event in Lagos.
