revealed his manhood has grown so big he now
struggles to have sex.

inches wide. But he cannot get a visible erection
like other men and said he has to be more

"I've been told that my penis looks like an ass or

"After you reach a certain size, you can't do
certain things any more.
"At least not with everyone and not without some

was given a penis pump as a present 20 years
ago.
He said: "I found that when I went out pumped
up, it was a good feeling, it felt great.
"I had the feeling that I wasn't trapped in the
body I was born with, but that I had the
possibility to shape it myself to change it."

since had four injections of silicone into his penis

He soon decided to try enlarging himself with
saline injections but said he did not like them and
was wary of the risk of infection.
He added: "The people around me started to
wonder why my groin area would change in size.
That's why I started looking for something more
permanent."
He met a student medic who agreed to perform
his first silicone injections and has since had four
injections of silicone into his penis and scrotum.
Mr Stunz, who lives in Berlin, said he feels
"better" having his penis permanently enlarged
with silicone, even though the implants don't give
him anymore pleasure and sex is difficult.
Dr Aref el Seweife, a German urologist who
carries out penis enlargements, warned that the
injections could lead to an infection so bad it
could leave Mr Stunz mutilated.
However, Mr Stunz realises the risks of his
actions and said people thinking of following in
his footsteps should make sure they are fully
informed.
He said he manages to lead a normal life, buying
groceries, going to bars, clubs, and to the movies,
but admitted is is not easy buying a new pair of
pants. He also has to use a special satchel to
contain his bulging penis.
He finds it easier to urinate sitting down on a
toilet as he attracts odd looks when standing
with other men using urinals.
Despite being a fan of bondage festivals and
